A puzzle-Like playscape fills in Ginza’s skyline.

Falling Into Place” is a sculptural playscape designed to spark wonder for all ages, installed on the rooftop of Ginza Six. The title reflects the idea that with an open and optimistic mindset, everything will naturally align.

Six colorful rectilinear structures anchor the work, each built around a geometric void. These empty spaces aren’t just about absence — they invite speculation and connection, asking visitors to consider their place within the bigger picture. For each negative space, nearby lays a positive one, creating a dialogue between presence and absence. Like a puzzle, this space only feels complete when people populate it, connecting the composition to create a greater whole.

Encouraging movement, flexibility, and self-expression, the work resonated with both children and adults alike. In just two months, Falling Into Place” welcomed over 100,000 visitors from around the world, transforming the rooftop into a shared space of optimistic exploration.
